Salesforce Administrator & Developer6-month Contract | Austin, TX | HybridOur client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator & Developer to support and enhance a complex Salesforce environment that serves multiple business functions. This individual will play a key role in development, administration, integrations, automation, reporting, and business process optimization while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to manage projects across multiple systems and teams.Responsibilities:Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, Lightning components, and other platform capabilities.Build scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and performance concerns.Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings.Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, including both screen flows and automated flows.Implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and various ERP, financial, eCommerce, operational, and third-party business systems.
