As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. What You'll Do: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration; Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time; Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief; Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly; Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs); Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates; Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes; Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards. You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.What We're Looking For: Active LPN license in good standing; CPR and First Aid certification; Strong assessment and documentation skills; Experience in senior care or medication administration preferredLPN Medication Nurse – Deliver Safe, Accurate Care That Protects Resident HealthPay Range: 31.90 - 42.60Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
