Outside Sales Rep – Flooring Industry (No Corporate Caps, Commission Only)

I'm Joey, the owner of a laid-back, privately owned flooring distributor in Middle Tennessee. I'm looking for a self-driven outside sales professional with either flooring experience or strong contractor contacts. And if you have a super strong sales background in any construction-related field and you're extremely motivated, I’d love to hear from you too.

What You’ll Do

• Build a Base of Repeat Customers: Build a base of repeat customers, focusing purely on outside sales directly to repeat buyers like contractors, builders, installers, property investors, and restoration companies. Earn recurring commission from customers who come back regularly, and keep earning with absolutely no limits. Unlike big retail chains that focus on selling to consumers once every decade or so, my model is built for pros who need reliable stock and quick turnarounds. It's not just simpler and faster. I keep reliable quality stock right here in Nashville, all at a price point the repeat buyer needs. We solve their problems, and that keeps them coming back and keeps you earning.
• Earn Recurring Commission: Enjoy ongoing earnings every time your customers return. With my model, you’ll continue to earn commission from repeat buyers, giving you a steady stream of income.

Compensation

This is a commission‐only role with a special ramp‐up. For the first 30 days, you’ll earn an especially high commission rate to give you a strong start in building your book of business. After that, we’ll transition to our standard commission structure over the course of 4 months that’s designed for long-term sustainable success with absolutely no cap on your earnings from repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, a strong network of contractors, or a super strong sales background in any construction-related field
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
