Metro Paws Animal Hospital in Skillman (Dallas, TX) is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated veterinary team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for pets and their families. Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 / hour

Some of the Responsibilities You Will Own in This Role:

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Weekend availability as needed
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds

Our locations are full-service, offering many additional services for dogs and cats in addition to wellness care and immunizations, boarding, dermatology, radiology, surgery, dentistry, and heartworm treatment. In 2006, Metro Paws Animal Hospital - Skillman was founded by Drs. Jennifer Lavender and Kathryn Sarpong to offer Dallas residents personalized veterinary care for their dogs and cats. To better serve our clientele, a second location Metro Paws Animal - Oak Cliff was built in July 2012. Finally, Metro Paws Animal Hospital - White Rock, which opened in January 2016. Our three locations offer general practice and holistic care approaches. We provide our teams with the tools and training necessary to feel confident in the job they do.
