Service Team Member

About the Role Connecting people through joyful experiences! All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products. While both part-time and full‑time positions focus on sales responsibilities, you may also be assigned merchandising, front‑end, or other duties as needed. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized experiences.

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Assist with in‑store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
• Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Perform additional cross‑functional tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 1‑3 years of work experience, with 1+ years in a retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: must be 21 years of age or older, walk, bend, and stand for 8‑10 hours a day, lift, load, and handle cases and pallets, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds overhead repeatedly; exposure to outdoor weather may occur.
