You won't be teaching content. AI delivers the academic instruction. Your role is to inspire, challenge, and hold students to the same exacting standard you've applied to yourself. Forty percent of your time is spent in direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, identifying obstacles and establishing stretch goals. Another forty percent involves facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for real mastery, not passive engagement. The final twenty percent is dedicated to morning kickoffs that set a daily tone where excellence is non-negotiable. The trajectory here emphasizes depth over hierarchy. You'll begin by mastering Alpha's methodology and earning the trust of your students. Within a few months, you become the adult they rely on to challenge them beyond their perceived limits. What You Will Be Doing Conducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics and live student data to identify performance barriers, establish ambitious targets, and ensure accountability Facilitating structured life-skills workshops centered on mastery, drawing on your own high-level experience for credibility, and validating learning through Alpha's Test2Pass framework Establishing daily expectations through focused morning kickoffs that reinforce a campus-wide culture of high performance Monitoring student outcomes continuously and refining coaching approaches based on evidence rather than intuition Cultivating trusted relationships with students and their families by maintaining high standards, demonstrating consistency, and documenting individualized motivation strategies What You Won’t Be Doing Delivering academic lessons, creating curriculum, or evaluating assignments—Alpha's AI platform manages instruction; you manage motivation Presenting to large classroom groups of 30 students (your focus is high-impact coaching in intimate settings, not one-to-many lectures) Supervising additional staff or pursuing advancement through administrative channels (this position centers on direct student outcomes, not organizational management) Participating in lengthy faculty meetings or dealing with institutional red tape (your schedule prioritizes student interaction) Compromising standards to satisfy performance indicators (if a student reaches 99%, your responsibility is understanding what prevented 100%) Student Excellence Coach Key Responsibilities Lead outstanding student motivation, development, and life-skill attainment at Alpha's most demanding campuses.
