What You Will Own

• Active Portfolio Command: Manage a tight, high-velocity portfolio of luxury residential renovation projects from demolition to final client walkthrough.
• Master Subcontractor Control: Partner with our pre-vetted trade network, holding subs strictly accountable to top-tier quality, tight schedules, and strict budgets. You have the full authority to manage, direct, and enforce performance.
• Critical-Path Milestones: Drive the non-negotiable checkpoints:
• 1. The Day-After-Demo Hand-off: Verifying framing and layout immediately after demo.
  2. The Pre-Cover Rough-In Review: Mandatory technical sign-off on plumbing and electrical before walls are closed.
  3. The Zero-Defect Final Walkthrough: Delivering a finished product that leaves high-net-worth clients thrilled.
• Financial & Schedule Discipline: Protect pre-set project budgets and timelines. You run your portfolio like an owner.

What We Require

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on project management or superintendent experience in high-end residential remodeling (luxury interior experience is mandatory).
• Technical Mastery: Deep fluency in South Florida construction sequencing, custom finishes, tile work, rough-ins, and local building standards.
• Communication Iron: Exceptional command over communication. You are calm under pressure, authoritative with trades, and reassuring to high-end homeowners.
• Tech-Savviness: Mastery of modern scheduling apps, digital project boards, and smartphones. No paper-and-clipboard dinosaurs.
• The Owner Mindset: You possess the grit to solve field problems instantly, the discipline to protect margins, and the desire to make serious money through performance execution.
