In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure title and ownership reports are processed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. Remote (Florida Residents Only) | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

As a Title Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring title orders move smoothly through the process.

Responsibilities Include

• Entering title orders, ownership searches, and quotes accurately and efficiently
• Managing and prioritizing requests received through shared team inboxes
• Updating order information and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring product delivery timelines and ensuring service commitments are met
• Responding to customer and internal inquiries by phone and email
• Providing outstanding customer service and professional communication
• Assisting teammates and supporting department workflow during peak periods
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Maintaining accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in title, real estate, mortgage, banking, customer service, or administrative operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
