This position is based in Lakeland, Florida, but involves a fully remote work setup. As part of our detox center, you will engage with clients and families from the comfort of your home, using telehealth technology to ensure a seamless delivery of services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and strengths of clients entering the detox process.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that cater to each client’s specific circumstances.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed to optimize client development.

• Facilitate effective communication and support for families to enhance the developmental skills of their children, ensuring every child maximizes their potential.

• Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to the unique challenges faced by individuals in detox, emphasizing natural learning environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will primarily serve young children and their families, particularly those dealing with disabilities and developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a current LCSW license from the Department of Public Health in Florida.
