What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of their most exciting purchasing decisions while creating an outstanding buying experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
• Demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance through engaging presentations and test drives.
• Helping customers compare vehicles and select the best fit for their lifestyle and budget.
• Explaining pricing, financing, lease options, warranties, and available incentives.
• Working closely with our Finance Department to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
• Following up with customers before and after the sale to build lifelong relationships and earn referrals.
• Staying current on Hyundai products, technology, and manufacturer training.
• Using video and digital communication to create a modern customer experience.
• Achieving personal sales goals while contributing to the success of the entire team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Confidence using technology and social media to connect with customers.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus—but it's not required. We'll train the right person.
