The successful candidate will be the CEO's right hand, responsible for owning strategic planning, operating rhythm, and special projects to ensure the company runs smoothly during a period of rapid growth. This includes serving as a thought partner to the CEO, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and driving internal and external communications. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in driving the company's quarterly and annual planning, as well as preparing for board meetings and investor updates.
