Responsibilities: Process high volumes of AP invoices accurately across multiple entities and departments Follow up on pending approvals, verifications, and outstanding items to keep the payment cycle on track Support the onboarding and integration of AP activity from newly acquired business units Leverage AI-assisted and automated tools to maximize workflow efficiency across daily tasks Maintain accuracy and consistency across all invoice processing and recordkeeping functions Collaborate with the broader accounting team to resolve discrepancies and exceptions promptly Navigate accounting systems and internal platforms with confidence and a willingness to learn Assist with vendor communication and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner Support month-end close activities and AP-related reconciliations as needed Contribute to process improvement efforts as the team continues to scale and modernize Cross-train in accounts receivable functions to broaden contribution and support team coverage Maintain organized records and documentation in support of internal controls and audit readiness Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Prior AP or accounting experience in a corporate environment preferred; strong new graduates welcome Tech-savvy with comfort navigating automated, AI-assisted, and cloud-based accounting platforms Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems a plus; willingness to learn is equally valued Basic Excel proficiency: ability to navigate and work within data sets as needed High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across high transaction volumes Reliable, consistent, and able to manage workload independently with minimal supervision Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset Eager to grow, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in developing within the organization Comfortable in a fully on-site, fast-paced environment with a structured daily schedule Why You'll Love Working Here: A proven internal promotion track record - this team grows its own and has the receipts to prove it Outstanding leadership at every level!
