COMPLEX DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

If you enjoy networking, coaching teams, and creating winning sales strategies, keep reading.The RoleAs the Complex Director of Sales, you will lead the sales and revenue-generating efforts for both the Homewood Suites and Springhill Suites in Carle Place, NY (Long Island Area). You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster client relationships, and maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall hotel revenue. Working closely with property leadership and regional partners, you will drive market share growth while maintaining exceptional customer service and brand standards.
