Senior Property Accountant
On-site
Join a well-established commercial real estate owner/developer seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to oversee the day-to-day accounting for a diverse portfolio of properties.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full-cycle general ledger and month-end close
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries, workpapers, and financial reporting
- Handle CAM reconciliations, tenant accounting, and security deposits
- Support fund/partnership accounting, investor reporting, and year-end tax preparation
- Maintain fixed assets, depreciation, and lease accounting
What We're Looking For:
- CPA preferred
- 3+ years of real estate/property accounting experience
- Experience with multiple entities, fund accounting, and month-end close
- Strong GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting skills
