Service Associate (Waiter/Waitress)

Job Duties and Responsibilities Extends a warm and genuine welcome and farewell to all guests, creating a refined and memorable first and last impression. Delivers attentive, intuitive, and personalized service, consistently upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Reviews Event Orders (EOs) with care to ensure seamless execution of all large parties and special occasions. Engages guests confidently upon seating, offering water and beverage service while introducing the menu with clarity and poise. Maintains close communication with the management team to ensure discreet and appropriate service for VIP guests. Ensures precise and timely delivery of beverages, adhering to table and position standards. Takes and records orders accurately, coordinating effectively with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth and well-paced dining experience. Responds to guest feedback with professionalism and empathy, resolving concerns promptly and escalating when necessary. Works collaboratively with the team, offering support across all areas of the restaurant as required. Qualifications Must have the ability to read, speak, understand, follow written directions, and verbal instructions in English. Communicates information effectively and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Possesses a positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality. Ability to perform job duties and responsibilities well and maintain professionalism and composure under pressure and in a high-paced environment.
