We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and help grow and strengthen our client relationships. About the Position As a Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business while building long-term relationships with existing clients. You will use a consultative approach to understand clients' needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and identify opportunities for account growth. Consult with prospects to understand their insurance needs and exposures. Prepare and present customized insurance proposals. Follow up consistently with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales process. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects. Meet or exceed established sales and production goals. Cross-Selling & Account Growth Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional personal and commercial insurance products. Educate clients about potential coverage gaps and available solutions. Proactively review accounts to uncover additional sales opportunities. Build deeper client relationships by understanding their evolving insurance needs. Insurance & Account Management Gather accurate underwriting information and complete applications and submissions. Review quotes, coverage options, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and endorsements with clients. Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the agency management system. Stay informed about carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry developments. Follow agency procedures and applicable insurance regulations. Requirements What We're Looking For At least 1 year of Property & Casualty insurance sales experience. Active Property & Casualty insurance license. Proven ability to generate new business and close sales. Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and coverage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A consultative, relationship-focused approach to selling. Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively developing business. Strong follow‑up skills and attention to detail. Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented. Ability to manage multiple prospects, clients, and opportunities. Proficiency with agency management systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and related technology.
