Position Talent Acquisition Manager – provides full‑cycle recruiting for Data Center talent across selected sites in St. Louis (Richmond Heights), Cincinnati, Boston, or Kansas City (Riverside). Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow‑through. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates. Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles. Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team. Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals. Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience recruiting for construction, engineering, or architecture. 2–3+ years of Data Center hiring experience, such as Project Managers, Superintendents, QA/QC, Safety, and/or Schedulers. Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview. Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS, or another applicant tracking system.
