Growing together.The Specialty Pharmacy Technician will effectively support the successful implementation and execution of all pharmacy programs and processes. The Specialty Pharmacy Technician will provide support to the pharmacy staff to ensure applicable program processes and operational responsibilities are met.ScheduleOpen 7 days per week, per diem, weekdays: 7:30am - 8:00pm PST. Weekends: 8:00am - 7:00 pm PST. Rotating holidays and weekends. The supervisor will determine the schedule.Location6720 Placid Street, Las Vegas, NV 89119Primary ResponsibilitiesEnter prescriptions and verify appropriate informationContacting patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issuesProcess prescriptions (from intake to order completion)Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is providedConsistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance recordFulfillment of prescription ordersAbility to interpret prescription orders and enter into the pharmacy systemAnswering the telephone utilizing appropriate etiquetteDocumenting interventions and tracking outcomes with Pharmacy teamOther duties as assignedWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
