Role Overview Head of Product Management – HR Digital leads the global Product Management organization responsible for defining and shaping end‑to‑end HR digital experiences. This leader sets the strategy, standards, and operating model for how HR Digital identifies user needs, prioritizes investments, and develops digital solutions that simplify work, reduce friction, and enhance employee experience. This leader oversees the full product lifecycle—from product strategy and experience design through roadmap, prioritization, and value realization. The role leads the product portfolio for moments such as My Joining, My Growth, My Benefits, My Performance, and other enterprise‑wide workforce experiences. Operating within HR Digital’s product‑centric model, this leader partners closely with: Product Delivery – to translate vision into execution Data & Intelligence – to embed data, insights, and AI into products JJT Technology partners – to align on platform strategy, architecture, and scalability This role ensures that HR Digital products are intuitive, AI‑enabled, experience‑driven, and deliver meaningful business outcomes at enterprise scale. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership Set the enterprise product strategy for HR Digital, grounded in user needs, AI enablement, and HR2030 priorities Oversee a global portfolio of HR Digital products and experiences (e.g., My Joining, My Growth, My Pay, My Rewards) Establish portfolio prioritization frameworks that balance value, speed, feasibility, and enterprise impact Drive alignment across HR, Digital, and Technology on long‑term product vision and resourcing Product Operating Model Lead and evolve the HR Digital product management operating model (product squads, product owners, backlogs, ceremonies, governance, metrics) Implement product practices such as outcomes‑based roadmapping, discovery sprints, user‑centric design, and hypothesis‑driven experimentation Ensure consistent standards for product definitions, charters, user stories, and value measurement Experience Ownership Own the design of end‑to‑end HR experiences across the employee lifecycle, ensuring AI‑enabled, frictionless, intuitive journeys Champion the voice of the user, bringing qualitative and quantitative insights into product decision‑making Partner with Employee Listening to embed continuous feedback loops into the product lifecycle AI‑Enabled Product Design Drive the integration of AI and automation into product experiences, moving from assisted to predictive and intelligent workflows Partner with Data & Intelligence to embed trusted data, analytics, and decision intelligence into product design Ensure responsible AI practices and safeguard frameworks are adhered to across HR Digital products Cross‑Functional Leadership Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to ensure products reflect policy, process, and organizational strategy Collaborate deeply with Product Delivery to ensure roadmap feasibility, sequencing, and value realization Work closely with Technology (JJT) leaders on platform alignment, architecture, security, and scalability Portfolio Governance & Value Realization Define product success metrics, KPIs, and value frameworks aligned to business outcomes Oversee portfolio‑level reporting, benefits realization, and continuous improvement cycles Translate complex technical and strategic information into clear narratives for functional and business leaders People Leadership Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of product managers, experience owners, and product operations professionals Build future‑ready capabilities in product thinking, AI fluency, user research, and strategic storytelling Foster a culture of curiosity, empowerment, experimentation, and continuous learning Capabilities Product Leadership: Strong ability to craft product vision, strategy, and operating models at enterprise scale Experience Design Expertise: Deep understanding of human‑centered design, user research, and journey mapping AI Leadership: Shape and operationalize an AI‑driven vision by converting strategy into scalable, technology‑enabled results across HR. Strategic Agility: Ability to balance long‑term strategy with day‑to‑day prioritization and product delivery needs Cross‑Functional Influence: Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders across HR, Technology, and the business Outcome Orientation: Proven ability to define clear product success metrics and drive toward measurable outcomes Change Leadership: Ability to lead teams and organizations through digital transformation Communication & Storytelling: Strong capability to simplify complex information for executive audiences Requirements 12+ years of experience in digital product management, experience design, or platform strategy 5+ years leading product managers or cross‑functional product teams Previous experience owning a portfolio of digital products or enterprise‑level workforce experience solutions Strong understanding of product operating models (Agile, Scrum, OKRs, product discovery) Experience designing or delivering HR / workforce experiences preferred Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data‑driven product design, and analytics integration Proven experience partnering with technology teams to build scalable digital solutions Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, M.S. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long‑term incentive program.
