About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic talent planning, including the development and execution of a people strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals. This role involves partnering with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning, as well as driving headcount planning and capacity modeling. The Head of People will also oversee talent acquisition, performance and leadership development, culture and employee experience, HR operations and compliance, and compensation and total rewards. Applicants must have 8-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in talent, performance, compensation, culture, and HR operations. Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments is essential, particularly in Series A-C or similar settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build scalable systems, an analytical mindset, and experience with HR systems and data. Strong communication and executive presence are required, and experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech environments, as well as exposure to equity programs and growth-stage compensation structures, is preferred. The role demands a professional who can support distributed or global teams and is adept at scaling organizations.
