Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Account Management team across a portfolio of strategic client accounts. Manage day-to-day support for an assigned set of client accounts. Coordinate client requests and internal follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery and resolution. Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service for both internal and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, business reviews, and other client-facing materials. Track account performance, deliverables, project milestones, and key initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and internal stakeholders. Support implementation activities, product launches, catalog updates, and operational initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Support strategic projects and special assignments as directed by leadership. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, operations, project coordination, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated proactivity and responsiveness to internal and external requests. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business recommendations. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Experience creating reports, presentations, and client communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. eCommerce, incentives, gift card, fintech, or technology industry experience preferred. Ability to learn new products, technologies, and business processes quickly.
