Customer Experience Concierge - Auto Dealership

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge to advocate for customers across our stores, ensuring top-tier care before, during, and after visits. You will coordinate with managers to resolve issues and drive loyalty while handling follow-up calls for new and used vehicle purchasers and service customers.
