Join a dedicated construction team in Albany, OR as a Construction Laborer and play an essential part in exterior siding replacement and installation projects. As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled crew members by performing vital tasks that ensure a successful project. You'll work outdoors, moving efficiently and safely to help transform and improve exteriors with your effort and teamwork. What You'll Do As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for: • Removing and disposing of existing exterior siding and related materials. • Assisting with the installation of new exterior siding. • Preparing exterior surfaces for siding installation. • Measuring, carrying, positioning, and organizing construction materials. • Using basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Setting up and cleaning work areas throughout the project. • Following instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members. • Maintaining a safe and organized job site. • Performing other general construction labor duties as needed. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: • Previous construction, siding, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred. • Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. • Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment. • Comfort working outdoors and around active construction areas. • Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools. • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. • Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a crew. • Ability to follow job-site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
