We have Restaurant Manager opportunities within our multiple Chili's Hawaii locations! Come join us at Chili's where you can grow your career as a Restaurant Manager on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii.

• Looking for qualified managers for the Hawaii market. Currently 4 restaurants; Kapolei, Waikele, Mililani and Kahala; and willing to drive success at any of our locations.
• Uphold our standards of food-service and hospitality
• Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members
• State of the art procedures to manage all restaurant functions on our daily checklist

• Preferred 2-3 year of management experience in the foodservice industry
• Self-motivated and positive with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to lead, coach, train, and inspire Team Members
