Job Description

The HT Group has a medical equipment manufacturing client in  Colorado Springs, CO looking for a Customer Service Representative who is experienced, energetic, and customer-focused to lead daily customer service operations, support and develop a small team, and ensure customers and sales representatives receive timely and professional service.\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Lead and support a small team of Customer Service Representatives, including training new employees, reviewing work for quality, and holding team members accountable
\n
• Receive and respond to customer phone calls, emails, voicemails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
\n
• Process customer orders and provide product information, pricing, order updates, and general support to customers and sales representatives
\n
• De-escalate customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to complex customer service challenges
\n
• Complete invoicing, order acknowledgements, RMAs, warranty orders, freight damage claims, and other customer service documentation
\n
• Support order entry, inventory inquiries, customer setup, sales order inquiries, and other customer service processes within Syspro
\n
• Prepare basic customer quotes and maintain customer and quote information within CRM systems
\n
• Coordinate freight estimates and pickups and file freight claims with shipping companies
\n
• Maintain accurate daily logs and monitor order-entry quality to support established accuracy goals
\n
• Partner with the sales team to provide phone, email, quoting, and general customer support

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
\n
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and oversee a small customer service team
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
\n
• Ability to multitask, switch priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to retain information and respond quickly to customer needs
\n
• Typing speed of approximately 40 WPM; 10-key experience preferred
\n
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working within a small team
