We are looking for a motivated and competitive TEAM MEMBER to join us. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems for customers, and provide exceptional customer service will determine your success in sales. Small Business - You will work directly with the owner of Atlantic Fencing. Flexibile Schedule - You will have the ability to navigate your own predetermined schedule. No Cold Calling - All prequalified leads will be provided for you. Paid Training - 4-6 weeks of training with the owner will help ensure your success. The Job: Meet with customers daily and confidently provide a estimate that provides a solution to their need for a fence. Using a measuring wheel/tape measure to accurately draw each fence layout on a tablet for the estimate. Educate customers on the value of what they are getting. Build a relationship with each potential customer. Basic Requirements: Knowledge of basic software such as navigation apps, google sheets, excel, microsoft word, tablet/laptop use. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Basic knowledge of construction tools and terminaology. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Professional and approachable appearance. Ability to read a tape measure. Pay/Benefits: Base salary plus commission pay. Your success determines your pay!
