Pay : $74,000-$86,750

About the Role

As an outpatient Clinical Therapist on our REACH team, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment to adults working toward recovery from substance use and mental health disorders.

This role offers a rewarding balance of individual therapy, assessments, treatment planning, case management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You'll advocate for clients while partnering with medical providers, case managers, legal entities, and community partners to ensure each individual receives the highest quality of care.

We're looking for someone who is clinically strong, values teamwork, communicates effectively, and believes recovery is possible for everyone.

What You'll Do

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Utilize ASAM Criteria to determine appropriate levels of care
• Coordinate care with treatment teams, referral sources, and community partners
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing in UWITS
• Support clients through the admission process and ongoing treatment
• Advocate for clients while maintaining strong professional and ethical boundaries
• Help create a welcoming, recovery-oriented environment where clients can thrive

Qualifications

Required Licensure:

• MSW
• CSW
• ACMHC
• LMFT
• CMHC
• LCSW

Experience working with substance use disorders, mental health, or co-occurring populations is preferred.
