I'm recruiting for a Data Analyst with a growing higher education organization that partners with colleges and universities to help adult learners return to school and complete their degrees. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to improve operations through technology, automation, and data analysis. The role is not student-facing, making it ideal for someone who prefers technical and analytical work over customer interaction.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and manipulate data using Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Read, modify, and develop Python scripts to support reporting and business processes.
• Build and maintain reports that help drive operational decision-making.
• Utilize tools such as Zapier and other no-code platforms to automate workflows and integrate systems.
• Assist with technology implementations, process improvements, and special projects.
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and data-driven solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, comparing large datasets, and data analysis.
• Experience reading, writing, and modifying Python scripts.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Curious, analytical mindset with a passion for improving business processes.
• Experience working in or supporting higher education is a plus.
