Case Manager

Sanofi

Sanofi is seeking a Case Manager to support patients remotely across the US, including Florida and Puerto Rico. You will educate patients, navigate insurance, enrol in assistance programs, and coordinate drug delivery as a trusted resource within the rare blood community. You will collaborate with Patient Support Services, Sales, and Market Access to ensure a seamless access journey, maintaining data integrity and using CRM tools to guide territory decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
