Location: Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN Hybrid

Experience: 11+ years

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI-enabled applications using .NET, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and modern cloud technologies.

Drive responsible AI adoption, engineering standards, and scalable cloud-native solutions while mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, integrate, and operationalize AI-enabled applications using .NET, Python, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Establish engineering and Responsible AI standards covering security, privacy, governance, evaluation, quality, and human oversight.
Lead and mentor engineering teams while driving cloud-native development, technical best practices, productivity, and continuous improvement.
