AP/AR Clerk
Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
A manufacturing company in Riviera Beach is seeking an experienced AP/AR Clerk to support daily accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on AP/AR experience and must be proficient in QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Enter and process vendor invoices and customer payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer records
- Prepare invoices and other accounting documentation
- Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- 3–5 years of AP/AR or related accounting experience
- QuickBooks Online experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
