Account Clerk - West Palm Beach - Viking Utility

Viking Utility Services, a Danella Company, is a full-service licensed electrical contractor specializing in the installation and repair of underground utilities such as power and communication infrastructure. Key Responsibilities :

• Process and enter a high volume of daily incoming work.

• Data entry and full processing of accounts payable, including accuracy and the ability to generate accounts payable reports.

• Track payments and keep the company's financial information up-to-date and accurate.

• Recognize errors or discrepancies and effectively present these to upper management.

• Review crew timesheets for accuracy.

• Other support tasks to ensure team success.

Qualifications – Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience clerical or financial operations role.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of accounting principles, processes and reports.

Schedule :

• Full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday. 

• In-office.

• Overtime as needed.
