Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients’ strengths and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy through evidence-based modalities to address mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma.
\n
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and substance use specialists, to ensure holistic care that promotes clients’ overall wellness.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources, including housing, employment, and support services, both during and after treatment.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in case conferences, share insights during team meetings, and participate in continuing education opportunities to advance clinical knowledge and remain abreast of current best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at HopeWell, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults struggling with mental health issues and substance use disorders. Your role will involve addressing their individual treatment needs while considering cultural, social, and economic factors that affect their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work.

• Proficiency in diagnostic assessment and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
