What You'll Do * Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. * Partner with plant and executive leadership to provide strategic financial analysis and operational guidance. * Develop financial models and key performance metrics to drive profitability and support business decisions. * Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. * Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies. * Manage cash flow, capital expenditure planning, and financial risk. * Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering collaboration and professional development. * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies. * Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred). * 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership within a manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and manufacturing operations. * Proven experience partnering with operational leaders to improve financial performance. * Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
