About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's financial leadership, with a clear path to long-term succession. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the month-end and year-end close processes, overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness, and managing banking relationships, lender reporting, and debt compliance. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with directing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, as well as partnering with the ownership on financial strategy and business performance. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The role demands a proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive business growth, as well as experience in managing banking relationships and lending requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at developing reporting and analytics to support decision-making, and will have a hands-on approach to leadership. The CFO will also be responsible for overseeing insurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, and coordinating tax planning and filings with external CPA partners.
