Benefits & Payroll Administrator Team: Operations · Location: Onsite - Austin, TX The opportunity The engine room of SLI. You own the full benefits, payroll, and back‑office accounting cycle (weekly payroll, AP / AR, sales‑tax compliance, vendors, HR onboarding) so the rest of the company can move fast and never worry about it. What you’ll own Run weekly payroll in ADP: timesheets, weekly call-outs, Wednesday review and approval, payments to the full distributed workforce Own AR: order approvals, overdue follow-up, credit applications and reseller approvals Own AP: incoming invoices, weekly cash‑flow prep, expense management Multi‑state sales‑tax exemption maintenance and monthly tax entry Month‑end close: GL / QuickBooks journal entries, vendor statement verification, revenue entry, lease and loan entries Weekly / monthly management reports: Labor / OT, Receivables, sales commission report, roster updates ADP onboarding for new hires, annual compliance trainings, accounting inbox, weekly supply ordering What it takes 5+ years of payroll and AP / AR experience Deep ADP experience required : hands‑on administration (Workforce Now or RUN), end‑to‑end payroll runs, multi‑state setup, garnishments, time / attendance integration QuickBooks proficiency required; MRP / inventory accounting familiarity strongly preferred Multi‑state sales‑tax exemption and remittance experience Owns the full back‑office cycle end to end without daily oversight Why it’s worth it You're the person who knows where every dollar went and what's due.
