Full time job with high salary + bonus Good benefits, 401k with match, employee discounts, generous PTO policy No micro-management, a lot of autonomy Flat organization that is informal, no red tape, easy to get answers to questions Not much turnover at all Great, laidback manager Upward mobility – the current CFO would love for this person to become the functional CFO in the near future Company/industry is recession proof and very stable & growing; never had layoffs This is a brand new position due to growth Will never be bored in the role Job Details Looking for: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; previous management experience would be ideal (though you may not start out managing people directly until you’ve been there for a few months or so) Netsuite experience is necessary – they are going through an implementation now. Someone who doesn’t mind rolling up sleeves & is action oriented; Not afraid to ask questions Strong technical abilities & at least intermediate with Excel (position is somewhat data heavy); must know how to do pivot tables, vlookups, etc. Background with a smaller company would be ideal. They are a smaller company in a lot of ways but they do have 425 locations so intercompany experience is a must have. Will do reconciliations etc. Industry in retail, telecom, or something like that would be nice to have but as long as the person is experienced with intercompany, that would work.
