Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for school social work credentialing
• Previous experience in a school-based or youth-centered setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention, case management, and group facilitation
• Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and community resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct individual and group counseling services to students
• Assess students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs and develop intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
• Advocate for students’ access to social services and community resources
• Conduct outreach and coordinate services for families experiencing challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district, state, and ethical guidelines
