Office Manager - Portland and Lake Oswego

Office Manager (Portland & Lake Oswego Offices) ELEETE Real Estate is looking for a highly organized, service-oriented Office Manager to support our Portland and Lake Oswego offices. What You’ll Do Keep both offices running smoothly — organized, stocked, and ready for business Manage phones, mail, deliveries, and office access Coordinate vendors, facilities, maintenance, and service appointments Support agents with administrative needs, forms, and office systems Assist with onboarding logistics and access to company platforms Troubleshoot basic tech issues and coordinate with IT when needed Maintain office calendars and set up rooms for meetings and trainings Split your week between our Portland and Lake Oswego offices What Makes You a Great Fit You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and love a well-run office You communicate clearly and bring a warm, professional presence You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying calm under pressure You enjoy helping others and being the go-to person for solutions You pick up new technology quickly and enjoy keeping systems running smoothly What You Bring 3+ years of office management or administrative operations experience Experience in real estate or professional services is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.) Why ELEETE Join a supportive, high-performing team that values collaboration, consistency, and exceptional service.
