Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies
• Develop detailed functional specifications for IT and business teams
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
• Support project management with status updates and risk analysis
• Perform data analysis to inform business decisions
• Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of new solutions
• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend improvements
