Marketing & Social Media Intern

In this paid internship, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging content, enhancing our online presence, and supporting our marketing strategies across various digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in social media marketing, content creation, analytics, and branding while working with a talented team dedicated to innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities : Familiarize yourself with Amal, Sofia Design District, and Level 6, including each venue's offerings, promotions, and brand guidelines. Social Media & Content Capture photos and video content at on-site events when needed for Manager to edit. Assist with selecting the best images from Dropbox for website and social media use, subject to direct report's approval. Assist with drafting social media posting by searching through Dropbox and IG and content calendars for Marketing & Social Media Manager's review and approval. Digital Marketing & Reviews Review and update Google Business Profile panels twice monthly, ensuring promotions, offerings, and business information are accurate. Assist with drafting Google review responses using established templates and brand guidelines - show review responses to direct reports for feedback and approval before posting in the training period. Research potential brand partnerships, collaborations, and event opportunities while staying informed on Miami's latest happenings and trends. Conduct ongoing email outreach using provided templates, keeping events and marketing teams copied on relevant correspondence. Track responses and follow up on potential collaborations. Events & Coordination Work directly with Marketing Coordinator to source event decorations, obtain vendor quotes, and coordinate orders upon approval. Provide additional event support as needed. File & Asset Organization Organize and maintain the company's Dropbox library. Rename and categorize files, including accurately labeling dishes, drinks, and event photography. #J-18808-Ljbffr
