In this role, you will support the Medical Records Director by managing, organizing, and auditing clinical data to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. This is a stable, full-time, Monday through Friday position.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and Organize Records: Assemble, process, file, and retrieve physical and electronic health records (EHR) while ensuring strict patient confidentiality.Audit and Review: Check patient charts and records for timeliness, completeness, and clinical accuracy.Data Entry: Accurately update resident medical information and data tiers within our digital health information systems.Information Requests: Process authorized medical record requests from families, physicians, legal entities, and insurance companies.Chart Management: Perform chart thinning and maintain standard overflow filing systems as required.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Prior administrative experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing environment is highly preferred.Basic knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records systems.High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary facility team.We values our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package through the White Blossom Care Center Careers program:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) / Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) retirement plan with company matchingLife, disability, and critical illness insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Discounted PACS stock optionsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
