Soul Center YMCA in Beverly, MA is hiring a Member Services Team Member for the Welcome Center. You’ll be the friendly first contact for members and guests, delivering a positive experience and guiding them to YMCA programs and memberships. You’ll greet, tour, and assist with membership updates, answer questions, and escalate issues as needed, while upholding YMCA policies.
