We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to maintain company's financial records and daily accounting activities at a General Contracting Company. The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Job Costing.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop/Online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Project Management software experience with Procore a plus.
- Administrative/Clerical duties.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
