Sales Manager

Luxury Home Builder is looking to hire an experienced, bilingual (Spanish) Sales Leader to oversee the sales of their new-home construction communities. The role will market and sell homes primarily to second-home buyers and investors including international clients. The position comes with a generous base salary (not a draw -- a full W-2 Salary) plus a generous commission structure. The role will eventually hire and manage a small team for which the position will realize commissions for their team's sales also. With the base salary, this role could easily exceed $200K in total compensation for a top producer.

To be qualified you must:

• Be a licensed real estate agent or broker in the state of Florida
• Have at least 5 years of single-family or townhome sales
• Have new-construction home sales experience.
• Be bilingual (Spanish)
• Be willing to travel approximately twice per month to Miami and internationally to LATAM
