This position is responsible for reviewing financing submissions and ensuring the accuracy and validity of all data while upholding all fund obligations. The role involves gaining a deep understanding of the residential solar financing industry and applying this knowledge to the review of financing submissions. An individual in this role will become an expert on both financing and operations workflow, managing the final phases of project execution.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for reviewing financing submissions and ensuring the accuracy and validity of all data while upholding all fund obligations. The role involves gaining a deep understanding of the residential solar financing industry and applying this knowledge to the review of financing submissions. An individual in this role will become an expert on both financing and operations workflow, managing the final phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, process, and review financing submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Utilize analytical abilities to detect discrepancies or errors in project submissions.
• Ensure all quality standards and service levels are met to provide an industry-best project approval process.
• Proactively escalate potential errors or anomalies to management.
• Assist in gathering and reviewing project closeout documentation.
• Support field teams and engineers in reconciling outstanding issues.
• Maintain compliance records and project financial data.
• Learn and apply best practices for project closeout efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma/GED or an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
