Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive employment law advice, support clients across various HR functions, and manage all phases of litigation. This role requires proactive monitoring of relevant legislation and strategic client advisement. Duties Provide employment law advice under state and federal law. Prepare and review employment-related documents. Support clients in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and compliance. Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial. Monitor legislation and provide strategic advice. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Organize and monitor client files effectively. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in employment law. Experience in client/employer advice and counseling preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in managing time and resources independently. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Florida. Skills Strong advocacy and client interaction skills.
