Labor and Employment Associate
BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate to join its Miami, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law, significant litigation experience, and must be licensed to practice law in Florida. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days per week on-site. Duties Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters. Provide legal advice on employment law issues. Draft and review legal documents related to labor and employment cases. Collaborate with team members on complex legal matters. Requirements 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience. Licensed to practice law in Florida. Excellent academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in Florida. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
