Employment Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate for its Miami, FL office. The role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and advising employers on labor law issues. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges. Advise and counsel employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, before agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration. Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 5+ years of experience in employment law or commercial litigation preferred. Current FL Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of state and federal agency procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Florida Bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
