A growing post-acute care organization is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives and expand hospital referral partnerships across key markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional who thrives on relationship-building, business development, and driving census growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.

● Increase admissions by identifying and converting new referral opportunities.

● Execute strategic business development plans that drive sustainable census growth.

● Maintain a strong presence in the healthcare community through networking, outreach, and relationship management.

● Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand referral pipelines.

● Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to ensure exceptional customer experience and seamless patient transitions.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, admissions, marketing, or hospital liaison roles.

● Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing experience strongly preferred.

● Proven ability to develop referral relationships and consistently achieve growth goals.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-focused with a passion for growing business.
